The premium reserve wines from the House of Seppelt harness the synergy of over 150 years of experience into the diverse topography and climates of Victoria's extensive wine regions. Seppelt Victorian Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot is sourced primarily from Bendigo with significant contributions from Grampians, Pyrenees, Yea and Bright. The palate has a depth of blackberry and plum fruit and a supple mouth-feel balanced by a classically-firm Cabernet structure. Seppelt Victorian Shiraz is different style to the Shiraz grown in warmer climates of Australia. Excellent vintage conditions have led to a fine, elegant, peppery Shiraz, that delivers rich sweet fruit and fine soft tannins, but also a savoury finish. Seppelt Victorian Chardonnay is sourced from Seppelt's premium Victorian grape resources. This wine offers generosity of fruit, richness of flavour and outstanding value for money. Showing good depth of sweet citrus fruit, vanillin oak and soft acidity. Seppelt Victorian Riesling is sourced from Central and Western Victoria with components from other premium Victorian regions. The lime notes follow from the nose onto a palate of generous floral fruit with lovely balanced acidity and length. Ready to drink now, but will gain added complexity well into the future. Seppelt Victorian Sauvignon Blanc shows great depth of flavour with generous, intense herbaceous notes following from the nose and more tropical flavours developing across the palate. The soft finish is supported by zesty, crisp acidity. Seppelt Victorian Pinot Noir. A medium bodied wine showing cherry, strawberry and plum flavours. Soft, supple tannins and slight spice and game characters add further complexity. A juicy palate and well integrated oak lead to a long, savoury finish.
